Survey to Identify Desired Qualities in New District Executive Minister

The search committee for a new District Executive Minister is seeking to engage people from each congregation to “… fill out a survey about the experiences, skills, characteristics, and background [they] might want in the next District Executive.” Current District Executive Minister John Jantzi will be retiring in March.

The committee asks pastors and board chairs from each congregation, members of the District Leadership Team, and individuals from congregations to complete this survey. Providing input through the digital survey link is preferred at https://forms.gle/5eUiT7riURzdAqFt6. This online survey will be up through October 8. Both paper and digital versions are offered to ensure the broadest possible response rate from congregations. Search committee members note in the cover letter that a paper copy of this survey was mailed to churches last week. Congregations can make as many paper copies as needed to distribute to members who prefer submitting a paper over a digital survey. These paper copies should be returned to the District Office by September 30.
