Brethren Woods’ has extended the deadline for the 2023 Renewing Our Faith…Outdoors Dinner scheduled for Friday, December 1 at 5:30 p.m. inside Pine Grove. Tickets are still available through Tuesday, November 28. Tables of up to 8 persons are $600. Individual tickets are $75 each. The Good Time Gospel Quartet will perform for the Annual Christmas Hymn Sing on Sunday, December 3, at 7 p.m. at the Timberville Church of the Brethren (145 Church Street, Timberville).

The Brethren & Mennonite Heritage Center's annual Christmas event will this year feature a dramatized tour, titled “Watchman Tell Us of the Night.” These special tours will take place on December 9, 10, 16 and 17, from 5-8 pm each evening. Put yourself into the Christmas spirit by attending “Hearts All Aglow,” Christmas concerts by the Shenandoah Valley Children's Choir accompanied by The Washington Symphonic Brass Quintet, Saturday, December 9, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, December 10, at 4 p.m. in Eastern Mennonite University’s Lehman Auditorium. Waynesboro Church of the Brethren (364 Bridge Avenue, Waynesboro) will have a Christmas Eve Candlelight Service Sunday on Dec. 24 at 7 p.m.
